Who is Shivaji Maharaj

Shivaji Maharaj was born on 19 February 1630 in Shivneri fort. However, there has always been a difference of opinion among historians regarding his birth. Some historians believe that he was born in 1630 and some believe that he was born in 1627. Shivaji’s father Shahaji Bhosale was a general in the army in the Ahmednagar Sultanate.
