When questioned on this, an elderly Pakistani person, referring to the ‘Babri Masjid’, said that first we damaged the temples, then the mosques were taken there (India)… If you slap, you will eat.

3 to 4 temples in Pakistan’s Kashmir
Giving information about the status of temples in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, a Pakistani person said that there are only 3 to 4 temples here. The most surprising thing was that none of the temples function properly. All the temples are lying closed since 16-17 years. At the same time, a Burjag said that no idols of God are present inside the temples in Kashmir. The temples of Kashmir have been destroyed by the Muslims of this place only. Many people came from Lahore and left after breaking the temple.

408 temples were demolished
According to the Pakistan Hindu Rights Movement, when partition took place in 1947, there were 428 temples in the Pakistan side. However, during the 1990s, about 408 temples were demolished and converted into restaurants, hotels, government schools or madrassas. According to a report, now only 22 temples are left in Pakistan. Whereas in the year 2020, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan started the construction of Sri Krishna temple in Islamabad, many fundamentalist people demolished the walls of the temple.
