Pakistan upset on Kashmir issue, Iranian President played by going to Pakistan

Kashmir Issue: Once again Pakistan has suffered a severe blow from Iran on the Kashmir issue. Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi did not even give an expression to Pakistan, who was insisting on Kashmir, after which Shahbaz Sharif’s face was filled with disappointment. Pakistan felt that by giving a grand welcome to Raisi, it would win over Iran on the Kashmir issue, but sensing the opportunity, the Iranian President spoiled Pakistan’s plan. Now Pakistan has once again become upset due to this.

Actually, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi is currently on a three-day visit to Pakistan. Meanwhile, during the joint press conference, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif raised the issue of Kashmir and Gaza and forcibly wanted Iran’s support on the issue of Kashmir. During this time, Raisi immediately sensed Pakistan’s move and during the conference he mentioned Gaza but did not even take the name of Kashmir. The Iranian President maintained balance in relations with India and Pakistan.

India expanding trade to Russia via Iran
The Iranian President has balanced the Kashmir issue at a time when relations between India and Iran are in better condition. India has invested billions in Iran’s Chabahar port, and the issue of Palestine has also been discussed at length between India and Iran. India is expanding its trade to Russia through Iran, due to which there is direct connectivity between Russia and Mumbai. During the press conference in Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif tried to equate the situation of Gaza and Kashmir, but he failed. Pakistan even thanked the Iranian President for raising the issue of Kashmir, but Raisi did not say a word about Kashmir.

S Jaishankar was welcomed in Iran
During the press conference, Raisi openly mentioned Gaza, but not speaking on Kashmir left Shahbaz Sharif disappointed. Pakistan was trying to create a rift in the relations between Iran and India, but the Iranian President foiled Pakistan’s nefarious plan. In the month of January, India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar visited Iran, during this visit, Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Aamir gave a warm welcome to S. Jaishankar in Tehran.

How successful was the Iranian President’s visit to Pakistan?
Iran has good relations between India and Pakistan, but Iran’s neutral attitude on the Kashmir issue is considered very important. Iranian leaders have reached Pakistan at a time when there is a war-like situation between Iran and Israel. Political analysts believe that the Iranian President’s visit to Pakistan has not been successful to any extent, because sourness still remains between the two countries. On the other hand, America has threatened to impose sanctions on Pakistan for doing business with Iran.
