Uttar Pradesh News: In Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh, the petrol pump owner was enraged when children playing cricket went to the petrol pump. He brutally beat three real brothers. This video of beating was captured in the camera. The relatives created a ruckus after the overbearing petrol pump owner and his employees thrashed the video went viral. The children’s mother has filed a case against three people including the petrol pump owner. The police is investigating the matter.
Rinku Gihar, Ashish Gihar and Pintu Gihar, residents of Beta Kanjardera village of Bakwar police station area of the district, were playing cricket in Jehanabad town when the ball went into the petrol pump while playing cricket. When Rinku went to collect the ball, the owner of the petrol pump asked his village and then started fighting with the employees. Seeing the fight, two of his real brothers reached there, but the petrol pump owner along with his employees beat all three.
Mother filed a case
When other children playing the match saw the information about this incident, they informed his family members. After this, the relatives of the victims reached the police station and filed a case against petrol pump owner Zubair Ansari, Amrul Hasan, Naushad and others in the case of assault with three brothers under SC ST Act and other sections.
Jehanabad police station in-charge Vinod Mishra told that a case has been registered on the Tahrir of Anita Devi, the mother of the children. A case has been registered against three named and unknown, including the petrol pump owner who assaulted. Legal action is being taken while probing the matter.
