Jharkhand News: The politics of Bangladeshi infiltrators in Jharkhand has once again heated up. Expressing deep concern over the changing demography in Pakur and Sahibganj due to infiltration, former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi has said to bring NRC. He has given this information through his official Twitter handle.
‘Will implement NRC as soon as BJP comes to power’
Babulal Marandi said, ‘The situation is very serious in Pakur and Sahibganj. The situation is worrying. The existence of tribals is in danger due to demographic change. Bangladeshi infiltrators have taken the entire area of Santal Pargana under their control. As soon as the BJP government is formed in Jharkhand, a decisive battle will be fought against them and they will be selectively thrown out of the state by bringing NRC.
‘Some people are giving protection for political interests’
The issue of Bangladeshi infiltrators has now attracted national media attention. I have been saying for a long time that this is a very serious problem. We need to get rid of this problem completely as soon as possible. But unfortunately some people are giving protection to these infiltrators for their political interests. As soon as BJP comes to power, they will definitely bring NRC!
‘Hemant Soren spoke a direct attack on the government’
Talking to the media during the tour of Pakur and Sahibganj, Babulal Marandi launched a direct attack on the Hemant Soren government, saying, ‘We have received information, under the patronage of Congress and JMM, to increase our vote bank, especially Bangladeshi infiltrators are given lease after arranging government land, then get ration cards made.
This is how Bangladeshis enter Jharkhand!
According to media reports, Bangladeshi infiltrators come to Malda via Motipur in West Bengal. From there via Kaliachak, take the road at Farakka turn and directly reach Nayabasti Rajmahal. There is no check post on this way either. That’s why no one stops Bangladeshi infiltrators. They very easily leave Bangladesh and enter Jharkhand via West Bengal and get mixed with the tribal population. As a result of this, in many villages of Sahibganj, Hindu population has become minority and Muslim population has become majority.
