Whereas 15 percent people say that the population of such people will decrease. 22 percent said that the number of non-religious people is going to remain the same as it is today. If we talk about the Muslim population in the world in the year 2050, then according to Pew it may exceed 2 billion 76 crores. In the year 2010, the Muslim population in the world was around 1 billion 60 crores. Whereas Hindu population may be around 1 billion 38 crores. According to the Pew report, the number of Muslims will increase most rapidly between 2010 and 2050. The number of Muslims may increase by 73 percent in 2050 compared to 2010. On the other hand, the number of Hindus is estimated to increase by only 34 percent. The number of people following Christianity may increase by 35 percent more than Hindus.
The population of Hindus is going to increase to around 35 crores in the coming time. In 2010, there were a total of 23.2 percent Muslims, which may increase to 29.7 percent in the year 2050.
