According to the telecom company, this logo is a symbol of trust, strength and nationwide reach. Before starting 4G network in the country, this telecom company has launched 7 new services. These include Spam-Blocking Solution, Wi-Fi Roaming Service, Internet TV, Direct-to-Device etc.
Wi-Fi Roaming Service for Fiber Internet Customers
BSNL has launched a National Wi-Fi Roaming Service for its Fiber Internet customers. This means that now users will be able to avail high-speed internet on BSNL hotspot without any extra charge.
New fiber-based TV service
BSNL has launched a new fiber-based TV service, which includes more than 500 live TV channels and pay TV options. All these are available to fiber internet customers at no additional cost.
Kiosk to purchase and upgrade SIM cards
BSNL wants to ease the management of its SIM cards through automated kiosks. In such a situation, the kiosk will help people to easily buy, upgrade or switch their SIM card on 24X7 basis.
Direct-to-device service launched
BSNL has launched India’s first Direct-to-Device (D2D) connectivity solution. It blends satellite and mobile networks. This service is especially for remote areas.
Spam-blocking solution
The company has launched a spam-blocking solution to automatically prevent phishing attempts and malicious SMS.
This service was also launched
Apart from this, the company has also introduced private 5G network for public protection and disaster release solution and mining operations. This network will provide high-speed and low-latency connectivity in underground and large open-pit mines.
