Atul Subhash Suicide Case: The suicide case of software engineer Atul Subhash in Bengaluru has shocked the country. 34-year-old Atul was found dead in his home on 9 December. Before his death, he left a 90-minute video and a 24-page suicide note, in which he accused his wife Nikita Singhania and her in-laws of filing false cases and constant mental torture.
Atul’s father Pawan Modi, while talking to the media, said that the reason for his son’s death was the behavior of his wife and in-laws. He claimed that Nikita and her mother considered Atul only as a source of money. Pawan Modi told that under an agreement in 2021, Nikita had demanded Rs 20 lakh and also gave a hand written list of dowry items in exchange for divorce.

According to the information, the police arrested Nikita from Gurugram in Haryana in this case, while her mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania were detained from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. Pawan Modi said that his son was apprehensive about this agreement from the beginning. Atul believed that even after paying the money, Nikita would not divorce and would continue the legal case.
The pain of not being able to see my son
Pawan Modi emotionally told that even on the birthday of his four-year old grandson, Atul was not allowed to meet the child. He said, “He had brought gifts for her, but they were returned. This broke her heart.” Pawan Modi alleged that Nikita’s mother had said provocative things to her son like committing suicide.
Appeal for justice for custody of grandson
Pawan Modi President Draupadi MurmuPrime Minister Narendra ModiChief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath And has appealed to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to give him the custody of his grandson. He further said, “My grandson deserves a better life. I want justice for my son and family.”
