Indian Premier League 2023: The 41st league match of the 16th season of IPL ended in a very exciting way. Punjab Kings (PBKS) defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 4 wickets on the last ball of this match. Chasing the target of 201 runs, the Punjab team had scored 192 runs at the end of 19 overs. After this, he had to score 9 runs in the last over to win, in which he scored 6 runs in 5 balls, after which Sikandar Raza scored 3 runs on the last ball to give his team a thrilling victory.
After the defeat in this match, Chennai Super Kings team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni expressed his disappointment and said that we should be prepared for what has to be done. When we were batting in this match, at that time we could score 10 to 15 runs in the last over. There should be some improvement in our bowling. The slower ball was proving to be a bit good on this pitch.
Dhoni further said that I think the score of 200 was much better on this pitch. We bowled very badly for two overs in the match. We knew the conditions were good but despite that we didn’t bowl well. Pathirana bowled well in this match. We should have bowled better in the first 6 overs in this match.
