Road Accident Case: The troubles of Samajwadi Party MP from Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, Zia ur Rehman Burke are not showing any signs of ending. First, all kinds of accused were made regarding violence and then FIR has been registered against them. The police have started investigation against him in a case related to a road accident. This road accident happened on June 23, 2024, in which a young man named Gaurav Kumar died.
According to the complaint received by the police, the car in which the accident took place was being driven by SP MP Zia ur Rehman Burke and his sister was also present in that car. The complainant claims that the MP’s car collided with deceased Gaurav’s motorcycle. After this the young man died in this accident. Now after receiving the complaint, the police has started investigating this entire matter.
Now deceased Gaurav’s father Samarpal has given a written complaint to DM and SP Sambhal. This information has been given by Sambhal SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi. Samarpal has alleged that MP Zia ur Rehman Burke was driving himself on June 24. At that time his sister was also sitting in his car. They claim that Gaurav was hit by a speeding black Scorpio, which was being driven carelessly.
Investigation given to Additional SP
Giving information in this regard, SP said that Samarpal appealed that his charge sheet has been filed in the wrong section and sent to the court. He has also accused the police and talked about a conspiracy. I have given this matter to the Additional SP of North Sambhal for investigation. Now investigation is being done in this matter and further action will be taken on the basis of investigation.
On the other hand, Additional SP has started investigating this matter again. Samarpal, father of deceased Gaurav, has filed a new complaint in this matter. He has claimed in the complaint that the MP himself was driving the car and his son died in the same car. Let us tell you that the father of the deceased is a resident of Alipur village, about 20 kilometers away from Sambhal.
