Malook Nagar on Resignation: Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati has suffered another major setback amid the Lok Sabha elections. Malook Nagar, MP from Bijnor seat of UP, has resigned from BSP. He has given this information by writing a letter. Maluk Nagar said that today I am forced to resign.
After announcing his resignation from BSP, Malook Nagar spoke to news agency ANI, in which he explained the reason for his resignation. He said, “This is happening for the first time that we have neither contested as MLA nor contested as MP… We have to do something for the country, we have a bank balance of 39 years so we cannot sit at home, hence resigned today. There is a record in the history of BSP that either within one term you are expelled from the party or he leaves the party.”
Why did Malook Nagar resign?
Malook Nagar further said, “We lived for 18 years and our political environment and social environment…or the political environment that is required. There was a Hindu-Muslim fight from where I am MP, that Kamal village in Western North. He is in my Lok Sabha of the state. Not a single person of this status has either left the party or been expelled… He has been in the party for 18 years, this is our record.”
