Monsoon In India: Monsoon is being awaited everywhere from the plains of the country to central India. According to the Meteorological Department of India, in the coming two-three days, monsoon will be seen raining in many areas of Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar. So on the other hand people of Delhi NCR and UP are waiting for the monsoon rains and the question in their mind is that apart from Biparjoy, when will the rain clouds rain in UP-Delhi?
In such a situation, according to the Indian Meteorological Department, many areas of West Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha and Jharkhand, which are facing heat wave, will soon be able to take a breath of relief from monsoon showers. According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rainfall is expected to continue over most areas with heavy to very heavy rainfall over Northeast India and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during the next five days. Extremely heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and Assam & Meghalaya on 20 June.
Will Biperjoy have any effect?
The cyclonic storm Biparjoy, which started from the Arabian Sea on June 4, has now reached Delhi NCR-West Uttar Pradesh, Bundelkhand via Gujarat, Rajasthan. Because of which it is raining in these areas. If we look at the satellite mapping, we will find that the storm that started from the Arabian Sea will hit the areas of Bihar, Jharkhand and eastern Uttar Pradesh with the monsoon coming through the Bay of Bengal.
There is a possibility of two situations being created due to their collision in this area. The first is that due to their collision, there will be torrential rains in these areas and flood-like conditions will be created, while the second situation may be that due to their collision, these winds will go towards the Himalayan mountain region and there, after colliding with the mountains, Nepal and its Terai Let it rain in the fields. In both these circumstances, there is a possibility of delay in reaching the monsoon in Delhi, UP and other plains.
