Monkey got more fees than Govinda in the film Aankhen, got to stay in a luxury hotel

Govinda and Chunky Panday Movie: The Great Indian Kapil Show remains in the news. In the last episode, Chunky Pandey, Shakti Kapoor and Govinda had arrived together. Talking about that film, Shakti said- We did that film together, Govinda and Chunky were the heroes in it. Actually there were three heroes. Govinda, Chunky and Monkey. Then Chunky told- Yes, the monkey had got more money than us. Govinda also agreed to this and said- We had not received the fees. Then Shakti told- Monkey had got a room in the luxury hotel Sun-n-Sand in Mumbai. Then he jokingly said – Whenever David called Monkey, Chunky used to come and whenever Chunky called him, Monkey used to come.

Aankhen was a blockbuster hit

Talking about the film, it was made by David Dhawan. This film had stars like Govinda, Chunky Pandey, Kader Khan, Raj Babbar, Bindu, Shakti Kapoor, Sadashiv, Shilpa Shirodkar, Amrapurkar, Ritu Shivpuri. This film was a superhit. The film made huge earnings. According to Sacnilk, the budget of the film was Rs 2 crore. The film had a worldwide collection of Rs 18.84 crore.
