He made this comment while sharing a video of a user on X. Iltija Mufti called Hindutva a disease, after which BJP MLA T Raja Singh got angry. He said that the statement of Mehbooba Mufti’s daughter is wrong.

T Raja Singh demanded arrest

He said, “How will they feel if we make a statement on their religion? These statements are against the sentiments of Hindus. The CM of Jammu and Kashmir should take cognizance of their statement and arrest them immediately. Iltija Mufti’s provocative statement

A user named Shireen Khan had posted a post on social media, in which some boys are being beaten and forced to shout slogans of Jai Shri Ram. Regarding this video, Iltija Mufti said, “Lord Ram will also bow his head in helplessness and shame after seeing all this that by using his name, minor Muslim children are being hit with slippers just because they refused to take the name of Ram.” “Hindutva is a disease which has affected millions of Indians.” The video going viral is said to be from Ratlam.

Iltija Mufti had contested on two seats in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections and had to face defeat on both the seats. When the controversy over this matter increased, Iltija Mufti clarified that she was angry because innocent children were being beaten in that video. He said that there has been a lot of violence against Muslims in the last 10 years.
