Massive fire in Purnia’s Biyada Battery Factory, loss worth crores

Fire Broke Out In BIADA Purnia: A massive fire broke out once again on Sunday morning in the Biada Industrial Area located in Maranga, Purnia. This time the fire broke out in the battery factory. The flames were so terrible that their flames were visible in many nearby areas. After the fire the sky was covered with black smoke. The fire started from the gas chamber of the factory, whose flames engulfed the entire parts of the chamber within a few moments and the fire took a huge form.

There was chaos among battery factory workers

After this incident, there was chaos among the workers of the battery factory located in Biada. Within no time a crowd of people from nearby gathered outside the factory. Within some time the factory operators reached the spot, after which the fire brigade was called and informed about the fire. As soon as the information was received, 3 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. After an hour’s effort the fire could be controlled. Many people are saying that the fire started due to short circuit, while many people are saying that the fire in the factory started due to the fire coming out of the chimney furnace of the battery manufacturing company.

Spark arose during welding in the gas chamber

Sharing the information about this fire, BIADA President Rupesh Singh said that during welding in the gas chamber, the spark that arose around 10 to 11 in the morning took the form of strong flames. Within a few seconds the flames engulfed the entire gas chamber. As soon as information about the fire was received, three fire brigade vehicles reached the spot, after which the fire was brought under control within a few hours. The loss of crores of rupees is being estimated in the incident.
