The actress spoke to filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane for the program ‘From Big Screen to Streaming’, where both discussed the future of cinema and OTT and what impact it will have on actors, especially senior actors.

Manisha has debuted on OTT with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’. The actress played the role of a brothel mistress in the series, whose name is ‘Mallikajan’. Along with Manisha, other stars including Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha were seen in important roles in the series.
Before ‘Hiramandi’, Manisha Koirala had worked with Bhansali in ‘Khamoshi: The Musical’. Meanwhile, talking about Manisha’s work front, she is ready to work in the second season of ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’.
The series will be released on Netflix. Earlier, Manisha was seen in Karthik Aryan and Kriti Sanon starrer ‘Shehzada’. She played the role of Kartik Aryan’s mother in the film.
