Mamta Banerjee is afraid of getting blood test done in this government hospital of Kolkata, know the reason

Kolkata SSKM Hospital: After returning from Delhi tour, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee laid the foundation stone of various projects at Government SSKM Hospital. During this, he shared one of his experiences. Mamta Banerjee told that she is scared to get blood test done at SSKM Hospital.

Mamta Banerjee said, she was admitted to SSKM hospital many times but once her whole hand got swollen while getting an injection. Actually, his blood test was done in PG SSKM. Then while taking blood, blood came out from his hand so fast that it turned completely black.

Mamta Banerjee said, the work of taking blood is not done by the doctors, it is done by the nurses. Since then she does not get her blood test done at SSKM Hospital.

‘Hospital should not waste time in recruitment process’
Mamata Banerjee was also not happy with the medical services being provided at SSKM Hospital. Expressing her dissatisfaction, she said, “When a patient is brought to the hospital for admission, the admission process takes a lot of time. Instead of wasting time The trauma care center should first treat the patients and then start the admission process. We are proud of SSKM Hospital.”

Mamata Banerjee further said, “If patients like pregnant women are referred to other hospitals, they may die during the long journey to the other hospital.”

Mamta Banerjee also asked the hospital authorities to improve the services and appoint more staff. For night duty, senior doctors should be on duty in the hospital so that patients do not face any kind of trouble.
