Recently, in an interview with Afterhours with All About Eve’s YouTube channel, Kalki said, “After Anurag and I’s divorce, my two big films came Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Professionally, things are going very well. But then the divorce happened.”

Kalki further revealed that during this period, she struggled to find a place to live in Mumbai. He told, “Nobody was giving me a house on rent. I said, ‘I am famous, you want to take selfies with me, but you don’t want to give me a house.’

Let us tell you that Kalki and Anurag Kashyap met in 2008 on the sets of Dev D, which was their first film. The two soon started dating and got married in 2011. However, both of them separated after four years of marriage. Their divorce became final in 2015. In 2019, the actress announced her pregnancy with her partner, Israeli musician Guy Hershberg. The couple welcomed their daughter in February 2020.
