Bageshwar Dham: In Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh), the lawyer who took refuge in the High Court to stop the story of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of the Bageshwar Dham government was rebuked by the judge. Seeing the indecent behavior of the lawyer, Justice Vivek Aggarwal warned him to send him to jail.

In fact, Madhya Pradesh Sarv Adivasi Vikas Parishad President Dinesh Kumar Dhurve had filed a PIL demanding a ban on the story of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwardham government to be held in Balaghat on May 23 and 24.

It was also argued that under the PESA Act it is necessary to take the permission of the Gram Sabha before the event, which was not taken. In the petition, the law and order arrangements made by the administration for the event were also said to be illegal. On behalf of the state government, Additional Advocate General Jhanvi Pandit argued that the permission of the Gram Sabha is not mandatory in the PESA Act.
