No leader who left the party flourished
In a recent interview given to TOI, the BJP president while answering many important and tricky questions said that there is no harm to the party if someone leaves the BJP. His reference was towards Jagdish Settar and Saadvi, who had switched from BJP to Congress a few days ago. He said that since the days of Jana Sangh, no leader who left the party has flourished. He said that when someone leaves the party, he fights a separate battle against his ideology as well. Due to which the defectors are always at a loss.
Since 1985, no party has come to power in Karnataka for two consecutive terms, the BJP leader said that he has returned to power twice in Tripura and Nagaland for the first time. Also came to office in Goa for the third time. He told that BJP is winning four consecutive elections in Uttar Pradesh along with Uttarakhand. Taking the name of PM Modi, Nadda said that he has given us the courage to fearlessly take a positive direction. People see Modi ji as their aspiration.
BJP is the best option under the leadership of Modi ji.
On the allegation against the present government in Karnataka, he said that it is a malicious campaign against us, but not a single case has been registered against our government in this. Nadda further said that even the case against Eshwarappa was closed and now he got a clean chit from the court. During this, the BJP President also taunted the Congress party and said that corruption has a deep connection with the Congress. He should answer on Arkavathi layout scam, recruitment scam, land use change scam, teacher recruitment scam, everyone knows about them.
JP Nadda replied to the question asked on behalf of the party about the announcement of the chief ministerial candidate that these things are decided by the parliamentary board. However, Bommai is the Chief Minister and we are fighting the elections under his leadership. Also, on the question of change in quota by the BJP government of Karnataka, Nadda said, this demand was pending in the state for a long time. The Muslim quota was unconstitutional, this decision has been appreciated in the entire state.
