India Digital Transformation: Information Technology and Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav met Google Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sundar Pichai at the US-based headquarters of the IT giant. Both discussed the ‘Make in India’ programme.
Ashwini Vaishnav gave information about this meeting by tweeting on Tuesday (May 9). He said that ‘India Stack’ and Make in India program were discussed with Pichai. While Google CEO Sundar Pichai tweeted, “Thanks to Minister Ashwini Vaishnav for taking the time to meet us at Googleplex.”
Sundar Pichai said that we are working together on India’s digital transformation and further opportunities and are discussing many ways.
