Madhavi Lata had reached Chhattisgarh, where she said that people of the opposition party raise slogans of saving the Constitution. Madhavi Lata asked whether it is written in the Constitution to vote by covering the face? Targeting the opposition parties, she said, “The opposition is afraid of fighting with the BJP and due to this fear, they are trying to break the Constitution to win. The public should understand that those who can break the Constitution can also spoil and break the people of India.

‘Burqa’ became the biggest issue

The issue of burqa became the biggest issue during voting in the by-elections of Uttar Pradesh. Bharatiya Janata Party has written a letter to the Election Commission saying that a large number of fake voting is being done under the cover of burqa. At the same time, Akhilesh Yadav had accused the Muslim dominated areas of Kundarki and Meerapur assembly seats of not allowing women wearing burqa to vote and checking the IDs by the police.

BJP’s allegations

Bharatiya Janata Party had written a letter to the Election Commission complaining about fraudulent voting in Meerapur assembly seat. In its allegation, BJP said that voting is being done by making fake voter IDs and identity cards. Fake voting cards and identity cards have been made by making outsiders stay in the Masjid Madrasa.

Akhilesh Yadav got angry

Akhilesh Yadav also lashed out at BJP. He asked a barrage of questions. During the press conference, SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav said that complaints started coming as soon as the voting started and a complaint has also been sent to the Election Commission on his behalf, but the Election Commission is not seeing anything. The senses of the Election Commission are not working and the BJP is putting pressure on the administration with all its might.
