Maharashtra: A 68-year-old man died after being hit by a bull in Dombivali, Maharashtra. Police said that a video surfaced in which he was pushed from behind by a stray bull and he came under a bus. The video of the incident has been captured in the CCTV installed in the area.
According to CCTV footage, soon after the accident, the 68-year-old man died on the spot. Police said that the incident took place on Tuesday (November 29) at 7.27 pm near Dutt Nagar area of Dombivli, Maharashtra. He has been identified as Shivram Dhotre. Immediately after the incident, the local people have demanded action on the whole matter.

Police said that from the CCTV footage, it was found that Shivram Dhotre was walking on the side of the road and the bull was following him. Within a few seconds the bull rammed him and then the wheel of a bus coming from behind passed over the head of the old man. He died soon after this.

Immediately after the incident, people demanded that action should be taken. Local people say that such accidents are happening every day due to stray animals and if nothing is done on this, then such cases will increase. At the same time, the police has sent Shivram Dhotre’s body for postmortem and informed his family. At present the bus driver has not been arrested yet.
