Bharuch Minor Girl Rape Case: Now the Jharkhand government has intervened in the case of brutality against a 10 year old girl in Bharuch, Gujarat. Both the family of the victim girl and the accused are natives of Jharkhand. In such a situation, a team including the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister of Jharkhand Government reached Vadodara Civil Hospital. The Jharkhand government team met the girl’s family and expressed concern about the girl’s health.

In fact, on Monday (December 16) in an industrial area of ​​Bharuch district, a laborer who kidnapped an 11-year-old girl from near her house and raped her was arrested. According to the information received by the police, a 36-year-old accused, a native of Jharkhand, was arrested on Monday.

The girl playing outside the house was kidnapped
Speaking to news agency PTI, Deputy Superintendent of Police Kushal Ojha said that the accused lived in the neighborhood of the victim girl. The accused also worked with him in the factory where the girl’s father worked. The girl has suffered many serious internal injuries due to sexual harassment. His first treatment was given in the civil hospital. After this he was referred to SSG Hospital in Vadodara.

According to the information given by the police, the girl was playing near her house when the accused neighbor kidnapped her. The accused seriously injured the girl after rape. The innocent boy shouted for help, after which the girl’s mother reached the spot. The girl is being treated at SSG Hospital and her condition is said to be stable.

Case under Rape, Kidnapping and POCSO Act
After receiving the complaint, the police interrogated some suspects and finally reached the accused, who confessed to his crime. The police officer said, “He knows the girl’s father, because both of them work as laborers in the same factory. The accused is married and has two children. He has been arrested under relevant sections of rape, kidnapping and POCSO Act.

Congress leader Mumtaz Patel praised the intervention of the Jharkhand government and said, “The gruesome rape of a girl from Jharkhand in Bharuch is condemnable. The Jharkhand government’s help is on humanitarian grounds, not politics. There is a demand from the Gujarat government that the culprits “Ensure that such incidents do not happen again by giving the harshest punishment.”
