Important information for metro passengers, service will be closed for some time on this route on Sunday

Delhi Metro News: If you live in Delhi and use metro for traveling, then this is news of your work because on Sunday, February 27, metro services on Yellow Line are going to be closed for some time. Actually, scheduled track maintenance work will be done at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station of Yellow Line. Due to this, there will be a slight change in the timing of trains in the morning on this route.

Due to maintenance work at Rajiv Chowk, Metro services will remain suspended between Kashmiri Gate to Rajiv Chowk section from the commencement of Metro in the morning till 6.30 am. In such a situation, metro services in three metro stations Chandni Chowk, Chawri Bazar and New Delhi section will start after 6.30.

What will happen on the violet line?
On the other hand, if we talk about Violet Line, then Metro services will be available between Rajiv Chowk and Kashmere Gate through Violet Line. Passengers can change trains at Central Secretariat and Mandi House and reach Kashmere Gate via Violet Line.

In connection with Metro maintenance, train services will be available from Samaypur Badli to Kashmere Gate and Rajiv Chowk to HUDA City Center during this period as per regular Sunday timetable.
