Ingredients of Sweet Corn Soup
- 200 hrs Roasted Corn
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 grams ginger
- 3 grams cumin
- 2 grams coriander seeds
- 10 grams flour
- turmeric at 2 o’clock
- ground black pepper as needed
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- salt as needed
- 5 o’clock coriander leaves
How to make Makai Shorba

Finely grind half of the roasted corn and coarsely grind the remaining half.
