To make vinegared onion, first peel the onion and wash it. Now make light cuts on all sides of these onions. Take care not to cut them through. Now take a big bowl and add half a cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water in it. After that we will add 3 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of salt in it. Mix them well. Now add 1 bowl of chopped beetroot to it. Now we will add 5-6 green chillies in it. After that we will add onion in it. Mix all the ingredients well.
Now we will take a glass jar to store the vinegar onion. Now we will put onion in this jar and also add vinegar water in it. Shake two to three times a day. You can eat it as soon as it turns red after 2-3 days. You can store this vinegared onion for a week. You can eat it as a side dish. Its taste will be no less than vinegared onion of any restaurant.
