Ingredients for Masala Bread
4 Bread Slices
2 tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion
1/2 tomato
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
2 cloves garlic
1/2 small carrot
1/2 Small capsicum
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt as required
How to make masala bread?
Step 1 Cut the bread into slices
Cut the bread slices into small pieces and keep aside in a bowl.
Step 2 Fry the vegetables
in a pan. Heat butter. Add chopped garlic and onion. Fry for two minutes. Now add chopped capsicum, tomato and carrot to it. Add salt and mix well. Let the vegetables cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add pav bhaji masala, tomato sauce and cook for one more minute.
Step 3 Add bread
Finally add chopped bread pieces and wrap them well in the mixture. Take it. Cook till the last minute and turn off the flame.
Step 4 Ready to serve
Serve the masala bread with the drink of your choice.
