IPL 2025 Mega Auction Register Players List: The excitement of IPL 2025 is gradually increasing. BCCI has announced the date and venue for the auction. A mega auction will be held in Jeddah city of Saudi Arabia on 24 and 25 November, in which a total of 1,574 players will be bid. Capped and uncapped players from many countries will be bought in the auction. So let us know how many capped, uncapped and how many associate nation players have registered for the auction.
First of all, let us tell you that the players who registered for the mega auction include 1,165 Indians and 409 foreigners.
Capped, uncapped and associate players
The total players to register include 320 capped (who have played international cricket) and 1,224 uncapped players. Apart from this, players from 30 associate nations also registered for the mega auction.
The 320 capped players include 48 Indians and 272 international players. Apart from this, the 1,224 uncapped players include 152 Indian players who were part of the IPL last season. Apart from this, 965 more uncapped Indians are included. The remaining international uncapped players include 104 players and 3 players who were part of the IPL last season.

Only 204 players will be bought
Only 204 players will be bought in the mega auction for IPL 2025. All the 10 IPL teams have a total of 204 slots vacant, to fill which the teams will bid. In this way, out of the total 1,574 players who have registered, only 204 players will be purchased. A franchise can buy only a maximum of 25 players.
