Heavy collision between bus, Bolero and auto in Basti, two dozen injured in the accident, one passenger died

UP News: A road accident took place on Saturday near Dhobhat village under Kalwari police station area in Basti. The bus, Bolero and auto fell into the pit after colliding before Tanda bridge. About two dozen people were injured in the accident. A seriously injured elderly man died while being taken to the hospital.

Kalwari police station incharge Bhanu Pratap Singh reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and started the rescue operation. He picked up the injured and sent them to the hospital in a government vehicle before the ambulance arrived."text-align: justify;">Let us tell you that a private bus filled with pilgrims from Kichhauchha Sharif was coming towards the settlement. The uncontrolled bus hit the Bolero moving ahead. The auto also collided with the bus and Bolero.

There was an uproar when three vehicles collided one after the other. National President of Rural Health Welfare Association, Dr. Prem Prakash Tripathi informed about the accident to Police Station Head Bhanu Pratap Singh over phone. Dr. Prem Prakash Tripathi along with his colleagues got involved in relief and rescue work.

Bus, Bolero and auto collided

Hearing the sound of collision, nearby villagers also reached there. Police forces and villagers broke the glass of the bus and took out the passengers sitting inside. Kalwari police station head along with the team sent all the injured to Kalwari Advanced Primary Health Center in government vehicles and ambulances within 20 minutes. Hospitalized driver Amit Kumar told that he was coming from Lucknow with Bolero."text-align: justify;">We had just crossed the Tanda bridge and reached some distance when the speeding bus hit the car. After the collision, the Bolero went into a pit. About half a dozen people aboard the bus were seriously injured and a dozen were slightly injured. The people traveling in the auto were the most injured. An elderly person died in the accident. The bus passengers expressed ignorance about the collision. He told that the bus turned after waving two-three times.
