Heat wave will continue in UP, Rajasthan and Jharkhand, there will be rain in these states, know the latest weather condition

Weather Forecast: The weather in the country is constantly taking a turn. Somewhere the scorching heat is being felt and somewhere people are getting relief from the rain. Now the latest information has come out from the Meteorological Department (IMD). According to this, heat wave will prevail in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Ganga West Bengal, Rajasthan and Southern Uttar Pradesh on May 20 and 21.

At the same time, there is a possibility of heavy rains in the northeastern states during the next 5 days. There is a possibility of heavy rains in Arunachal Pradesh on 19 and 21 May, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura from 17 to 21 May. At the same time, there is a possibility of dusty wind in different parts of Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan on 17 and 18 May. Apart from this, there may be light rain in parts of East India during the next 5 days.

What was the temperature?

On the previous day i.e. Tuesday (May 16), the maximum temperature remained between 40-43 degree Celsius in most parts of northwest, central, east and north peninsular India. Maximum temperatures were 3-5°C above normal in many parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand and 2-4°C in isolated parts of West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Kerala and near normal over rest of the country .

How will be the weather pattern ahead?

There is likely to be no significant change in maximum temperature over many parts of northwest and central India during next 48 hours and thereafter increase by 2-3 degree Celsius. On the other hand, there is no possibility of any significant change in the maximum temperature over the rest of the country except Coastal Andhra Pradesh, where there is a possibility of a drop of 2-3 degree Celsius in the temperature after 24 hours.

On May 17, there is a possibility of heat wave in different areas of Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heat wave in Rajasthan and South Uttar Pradesh on May 20 and 21.
