Ingredients for Veg Spring Rolls
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Onion – half cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Capsicum – half cup
Garlic – 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Carrot grated – 1 cup
Noodles boiled – half cup
Chili Sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Tasty Veg Spring Rolls
1. First of all, finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger and capsicum and cut long pieces of cabbage and grate the carrot.
2. Now take a wok and heat oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger-garlic and fry for some time.
3. After this add onion and fry for one to two minutes. Then add capsicum and cook on high flame for a minute. Now add carrots, cabbage and cook it too.
4. Now add boiled noodles to it, mix well and cook for at least 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring the noodles.
5. Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup and salt and mix everything well. In this way your stuffing is ready.
6. Now knead the maida well and make roti out of it and bake it lightly.
7. Keep this roti on a plane and dry place. Place some stuffing in one corner of it and roll three quarters.
8. Now fold it towards the center one by one from both the sides. Roll it completely and close the edge with the flour-water mixture. Similarly prepare the rest of the rolls.
9. Heat oil in a nonstick pan on medium flame. Add veg spring roll to it and deep fry it. Do this till they become golden in colour.
10. Now take it out in a plate and cut the diagonal of the roll into three equal pieces. Your Tasty Veg Spring Roll is ready. Enjoy with tea.
