According to a report in New York Post, this incident happened with the woman while changing the gate. When the female passenger going to Jacksonville landed in Jamaica, she did not even have her passport with her. Ellis-Hebbard, a resident of New Jersey, said about the incident that she regularly flies from Philadelphia to her second home in Jacksonville. But this time he had to reach Jamaica instead of Jacksonville to change the gate.
Heberd told that he had to go to the toilet. He requested the agent to go to the toilet. But when she returned from there, the plane was completely full. In a hurry, he was asked to board the plane. She boarded the flight. The incident is of November. Heberd was then recovering from back surgery.

Airlines apologize
Frontier Airlines spokesperson has apologized to the female passenger regarding this incident. Along with expressing grief over what happened to the female passenger, said that the woman boarded the wrong flight and we apologise. According to the spokesperson, the airlines have refunded the money and given compensation to the woman passenger.
