There is no dearth of borrowers and lenders in India. Some people give money in the spirit of helping in times of need, while some people lend because of faith. However, it feels bad when the borrower starts turning away in the name of giving money. It must have happened many times with you that you have asked someone for your loan and he refused to give money by making excuses. The person asking for the loan starts feeling more ashamed than the borrower. Many times even the solution of this issue is not found. Then we forget that money and move on.
Earning money in this world is a very difficult task. One has to do it day and night. Have to get scolded by the boss. Blood and sweat have to be united and in such a situation, if someone sits on a loan and does not return it, then it hurts a lot. Then we start regretting why we gave the loan. However, a Supreme Court lawyer has suggested a legal way out of this difficult situation.
What are lawyers saying?
Advocate Nitish Banka has shared an important information related to this on one of his Instagram reels. He told that if someone is not giving back after taking a loan, then first of all you should send a legal notice to him. If he is not returning your money even after giving legal notice, then you have to file a civil case.
How to get money fast?
Nitish told that the civil case will be ‘summary recovery suit’, which you have to file. In this, the court will work to recover your borrowed money as soon as possible. You can get your money quickly by filing a ‘Summary Recovery Suit’. While filing a civil case with normal procedure can take years to get the money back.
