This is great news for the youth looking for a job. Delhi University (DU) has extended the registration date for its 2024 recruitment process. Now candidates can apply for various posts till 16 January 2025.
Let us tell you that earlier the last date of application was 27 December 2024, which has now been extended to 16 January 2025. Under this recruitment drive, appointments will be made on a total of 137 posts, which include 11 Assistant Registrar, 46 Senior Assistant and 80 Assistant posts.
The application process for non-academic posts in Delhi University started on 18 December 2024. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Delhi University, du.ac.in.
This is how the selection will be done
Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of preliminary examination (MCQ based) and main examination and interview/personality test.
This much application fee will have to be paid
Candidates will have to pay the application fee for this recruitment drive. The application fee has been determined differently for different categories. The fee for general/unreserved category is Rs 1000. Whereas, Rs 800 has been fixed for OBC (NCL), EWS and women candidates. On the other hand, the fee for SC, ST and PwBD category is Rs 600. This fee can be paid only through online mode.

How to apply
- To apply, candidates first go to the official website du.ac.in and go to the “Latest Updates” section and find the link “Non Teaching Posts”.
- Then after clicking on the candidates link, a new page will open, in which you will have to click on “Online Application Link”.
- Now after this a new page will open, where the candidate will have to register himself.
- Then after registration, fill the application form completely and pay the fee.
- Now after submitting the form, download it.
