Good news! Railways is providing heater in the sleeper of this train, the journey will be without blanket in the cold of Kashmir

Keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, Indian Railways is continuously upgrading the train bogies. Railways is planning to start two new train services in the coming month to increase Kashmir connectivity. In the months of December and January, the temperature in most parts of Kashmir reaches minus, in such a situation, keeping in mind the problems of the passengers, Railways has designed such a coach in which there will be a heater arrangement in the spiller bogie.

According to the report of Times of India, Railways is considering running a train between New Delhi and Srinagar which will be centrally heated, that is, the sleeper coach will have a heater. This train will cover this distance in 13 hours. It is being told that these trains can be inaugurated next month. There will be no heater facility in second class sleeper coach.

According to the report, a senior railway official said that the second train, Vand Bharat with chair seating, will be launched for the Katra-Baramulla route, which will have eight coaches. The specialty of this train is that there is a provision of silicone heating pads for the water tanks to protect them from cold.

Due to cold, when the mercury reaches minus level, ice forms on the windshield of the loco pilot. For this, for the first time in Indian Railways, the front glass has been designed with a special embedded heating element, so that the pilot coach remains defrosted under any circumstances.

Every year a large number of devotees visit the temple of Mata Vaishno Devi, who get down at Katra railway station. In such a situation, passengers will get a lot of benefit from this new train. At present, Vande Bharat Express with 16 coaches runs from New Delhi to Katra, which runs six days a week.
