These people came on the ship armed with rifle, gun, country katta and gas cutter, LPG gas slander and while abusing all the crew-members hostage at gunpoint, they started piercing the bottom of the ship with gas cutter, So that the ship sinks and all the crew members drown along with the ship, but due to low water, the ship got stuck in the mud.

The applicant demanded strict action by repairing the cargo ship and closing the hole with gas cutter and immediately deploying the police force in the ship and registering an FIR against the accused.
