Jammu Kashmir Crime News: A BJP leader’s son has been shot in a parking dispute in Jammu. Advocate Kanav Sharma, son of senior BJP leader Advocate Chandra Mohan Sharma, was shot dead in Amphala area of Jammu on Friday (03 January) following a parking dispute. Advocate Kanav Sharma was shot in New Plot area of Jammu, after which he has been admitted to GMC, Jammu in a critical condition.
BJP leader Chandramohan Sharma has reacted regarding this incident. He said, “Some people sell drugs and when he tried to stop them, his son was shot.” He said that the son was shot in the stomach and is undergoing treatment.
Jammu and Kashmir Bar Association condemned the attack
At the same time, Advocate Nirmal Singh, President of Jammu and Kashmir Bar Association, who reached GMC Jammu on this occasion, said, “Such an attack on a lawyer is condemnable.” He has appealed to the police and administration to strengthen the security of the lawyers.
Police is running a search operation to catch the attacker
Police have started a search operation to catch the attacker. Additional security forces have been deployed in the area to ensure peace and security. This incident has raised concerns about the increasing tension in the city in view of minor disputes.
