Atul Subhash Suicide Case: A case of suicide of an AI engineer has come to light in Bengaluru. Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old AI engineer working in a private company, committed suicide at his home. The deceased was a resident of Uttar Pradesh. The deceased has also left a 24-page suicide note and a 90-minute video. In this, the deceased has accused his wife and her family of harassing him and filing false cases against him.
He had written in his suicide note, “I refuse to pay the money and choose death. I do not want my money to be used by my opponents to torture me and my family. My ashes are in the gutter outside the court.” Be swept away.”

The marriage took place in 2019
The t-shirt that Atul was wearing at the time of committing suicide had ‘Justice Is Due’ written on it. Before committing suicide, Atul, in a one and a half hour video and a 24-page letter, held his wife, in-laws and the judicial system responsible. They got married in 2019. He claimed that after two years of marriage, his wife had filed cases against him ranging from dowry harassment, murder to unnatural sexual exploitation.
He had alleged that his wife had asked for Rs 3 crore as alimony. His wife did not even let him see their son’s face. After marriage, his wife’s father died of some illness, but her in-laws filed a case of murder against him. According to him, the family court had asked for Rs 5 lakh to end the case. He said that in 2 years he had to go to court 120 times. He said that in front of the judge his wife had asked him why he did not commit suicide. Hearing this, even the judge started laughing loudly.

Before committing suicide, he had recorded a video of more than 80 minutes on Rumble. In this video he had explained the situation. In the video going viral on social media, he is saying, “I feel that I should commit suicide, because the money I am earning is making my enemies stronger. The same money will be used to destroy me.” Will be done for and this trend will continue.
He further says in the video, “With the money received from my taxes, this court and police system will harass me, my family and other good people. Therefore, the supply of value should end.”

Police said that preliminary investigation has revealed that he was having marital discord with his wife. His wife had filed a case against him in Uttar Pradesh. Police said that he sent his suicide note to many people through email. Apart from this, the deceased has shared this on the WhatsApp group of an NGO. He was associated with this NGO. In his suicide note, Subhash has said that the custody of his child should be given to his parents.

Police said that a call was received at 6 am on December 9. Information about this incident was given in this phone. When the police reached the spot, the house was locked from inside. After this, when the door was broken, it was found that Atul Subhash had hanged himself from the ceiling fan in the bedroom.
After this, information about the incident was given to his family living in UP. After getting the information, his brother Vikas Kumar reached the spot. He told that Atul’s wife, his mother, his brother and his uncle had filed several cases against him. He was demanding Rs 3 crore for these cases. Because of this Atul was in severe depression. For this reason he took this step. On the complaint of the victim’s family, a case has been registered at Marathahalli station under Section 108 and 3(5) of the BNS Act. Police have started investigation.
