Even after failing 35 times in government job examinations, he did not give up and passed the UPSC examination with his dedication, patience and hard work. With this success he proved that any challenge can be overcome with the power of self-confidence.

Neither lost courage nor lost hope
Vijay Vardhan, resident of Sirsa, Haryana, studied Electronics Engineering from Hisar. After this, he came to Delhi and started preparing for UPSC. Vijay Vardhan had to face failure again and again. He took the exam 35 times for a government job, but was not successful even once. Similarly, he failed many times in UPSC exam also. But neither did his courage break nor did he give up hope.

First became IPS then IAS
After one failure after another, Vijay Vardhan passed the UPSC exam in 2018 and secured 104th rank. In this he got a chance to serve as an IPS officer. His dream was to become an IAS officer. Therefore he gave the UPSC exam again in 2021. This time his hard work paid off and he made it to the top 70.

Vijay Vardhan is an example of self-confidence
