Fadnavis will become CM: Ajit Pawar’s power increased due to Shinde’s illness, forced BJP to make last move

In the Maharashtra Assembly elections 2024, BJP contested the elections along with Ajit Pawar’s NCP and Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. After getting a huge majority, there was a problem regarding the post of CM in Mahayuti. Current CM Eknath Shinde did not appear ready to leave the post of Chief Minister. There was great turmoil in the politics of Maharashtra for 10 days, but no final decision could be taken in the Mahayuti. After getting tired, BJP made its last move and called a meeting of BJP Legislature Party and announced to make Devendra Fadnavis the Chief Minister. In the news coming out quoting sources, the date for Devendra Fadnavis to take oath as CM has been fixed as December 5, 2024. Now who will be the Deputy CM, how many Deputy CMs will there be, how many ministers will there be from which party? These are all questions and the answers will be available tomorrow i.e. Thursday 05 December.

In the landslide victory of Mahayuti in Maharashtra, BJP emerged as the largest party, which got 132 seats. Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena was successful in winning 57 seats and Ajit Pawar’s NCP won 41 assembly seats. It is normal for Devendra Fadnavis to be elected to the post of CM in the BJP Legislature Party meeting, but Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde were not seen on this occasion.

The disease that Shinde suffered when he was elected CM is called attachment to the chair in politics and when the symptoms of this disease start appearing, then understand that the knots of the alliance can unravel at any time.
2. If Eknath Shinde didn’t come then let’s not come. Ajit Pawar also did not follow the coalition dharma. On Wednesday (December 4, 2024), BJP had to call a meeting of the BJP Legislature Party, because it was not possible to call a meeting of the Mahayuti Legislature Party. If Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde were happy, a meeting of the Mahayuti party would have been called, so that the message becomes clear that a strong Mahayuti government is going to come in Maharashtra, but this could not happen.
3. Eknath Shinde did not agree to BJP for the post of CM and BJP did not agree to him, during the fight between the two, Ajit Pawar felt that his power had increased while sitting, as a result his attitude became tough and demands also increased. Overall, if BJP will not be able to fulfill the ambitions of its allies, will the allies now help BJP in fulfilling its ambitions? Could it be that the threads start unraveling slowly?
4. BJP calling a meeting of its legislature party and announcing the appointment of Devendra Fadnavis as CM clearly shows that there is a big crisis in the Grand Alliance. This great crisis of Mahayuti is completely contrary to the grand mandate of Maharashtra elections 2024. The public had voted for the three parties to work together, not to get upset by fighting for lucrative positions, but this will happen, this has been happening.
5. After seeing the harsh attitude of Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, BJP has also made it clear that it will not give the post of CM to its 57 seat ally after getting 132 seats.
