Exclusive: From Uddhav Thackeray’s return to Mahayuti’s CM face, Fadnavis gave shocking answers.

Maharashtra Assembly Election 2024: Amid allegations of polarization, BJP leader and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis said that he mostly talks about development in his speeches. While talking to Megha Prasad of ABP News, Devendra Fadnavis also claimed that Mahayuti will get full majority and it will not need the support of Sharad Pawar or Uddhav Thackeray. In an exclusive interview, Fadnavis also expressed his opinion on Mahayuti’s CM face.

If you do not get majority on November 23, will you take support from Sharad Pawar, will Uddhav Thackeray return?

Devendra Fadnavis said that we will not need it. The people of Maharashtra will give a decisive majority. There will be no need to take their help and the question of it does not arise.

Vinod Tawde has indicated that a new face will be selected. Who will be the CM face of Mahayuti?

I always say that the election is tough but Mahayuti will be elected with full majority. Who will get what? I don’t want to comment. Who will be the CM will not be decided on numbers. It will not be decided on strike rate. All three will sit together. We will decide what to do in that situation. Vinod Tawde lives in Delhi. I am a small leader of Maharashtra. If he had any information, he would have spoken accordingly.

Has the relationship with Ajit Pawar turned sour?
Devendra Fadnavis said that Ajit Pawar never gave any statement against PM Modi. He has definitely said that ‘If we divide then we will be cut’ will not work, the slogan ‘If we are one then we are safe’ will work. The glass of water is half empty and half full. We all are coming on stage every day. Their party is coming on stage. They know that the seats they are electing are helping us only. There is no distance between us. Everything is going well.

On allegations of polarization

Devendra Fadnavis said, “I did not try to polarize. See 60-65 speeches, I have talked about 90 percent development but I answer five percent because if Congress takes demands from the Ulemas and gives them in writing, then they are ready to accept the demands. 10 percent Muslim reservation is a terrible demand that the cases against Muslim accused in all the riots that took place from 2012 to 2014 should be dropped. RSS should be banned. We will have to answer on this.

On the slogan of if we are divided then we will be divided.
Devendra Fadnavis said what is wrong in ‘Ek hain toh safe hain’. Whenever we divided into castes and regions, the country broke into pieces. What the PM has said is the safest. One feels pity for the intelligence of those who object to this.

Why do we talk about Hindu-Muslim during five years of development and elections?

Fadnavis said, why don’t you make 90 percent of the speech I have given viral? If I take out the entire content, I will talk about development and schemes at 99 percent. Let me talk about the roadmap of Maharashtra. But why doesn’t the media show it?

On the claim of meeting at Gautam Adani’s house

Devendra Fadnavis said that there was no meeting at Gautam Adani’s house. Sharad Pawar gave his statement four times and at least now he admitted that a meeting had taken place.
