The 47-nation Council announced on Friday that Russia has been suspended with “immediate effect”. Earlier, the European Union (EU), taking a big step against Russian President Vladimir Putin, has decided to confiscate Putin’s assets in Europe.

However, these sanctions do not seem to make any difference to Vladimir Putin. On Friday, the Russian president asked the Ukrainian military to take power into their own hands. Reuters has given this information. He called on the Ukrainian military to take “power” into their own hands to protect civilians from “neo-Nazis”. Putin told the Ukrainian military that it would be easier for Russia to strike a deal with them.

Let us tell you that Russia declared war on Thursday by attacking Ukraine. On Friday, the second day of the war, the Russian army reached Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Russian military has claimed it has cut off contact with the capital from the west by capturing an airport outside Kiev.

Ukrainian President offers Putin for talks
After being badly surrounded, President Zelensky of Ukraine offered Putin talks, which the Russian President accepted. Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that once the Ukrainian army surrenders, we are ready for talks. At the same time, he said that Russia wants to free Ukraine “from tyranny” so that the people of Ukraine can determine their future.

Ukraine’s president targets European leaders
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also targeted European leaders. He said that the action of European leaders is not enough in comparison to the Russian invasion. Zelensky said it was still not too late to stop the Russian attack if European leaders acted swiftly. President Zelensky has called on EU citizens to hold demonstrations in their respective countries in support of Ukraine, forcing their governments to take concrete steps.
