- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Mint leaves 2 to 4
- ice cubes 2 to 4
- cold water 1 cup
How to make Pineapple Panna
- To make Pineapple Panna, put water in a deep vessel and put it on the flame.
- Add pineapple, water, sugar, turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper, roasted cumin, black salt and salt to it.
- Now let it boil, when it boils, cook the pineapple for about 15 minutes until it becomes soft.
- Then take it off the flame and cool the pineapple.
- Put the emerald in a blender and make puree.
- Now pour the pineapple panna in a glass, add some ice cubes on top.
- Now put mint leaves in it, then add four to five spoons of thick puree of pineapple.
