After the death of Labh Singh, Panjwad took command

After which Paramjit Singh Panjwad emerged and Panjwad became the head of the Khalistan Commando Force. He was living in Pakistan under the name of Malik Sardar Singh. According to Indian agencies, the bomb blast that took place near the passport office in Chandigarh on June 30, 1999, was done by Paramjit Singh Panjwad. Panjwad also targeted Indian security forces, CRPF, BSF and other police forces. The aim of KACF was to create a separate Sikh state.
