While last month the YouTuber was arrested for supplying snake poison in rave parties, now Elvish is in trouble once again.
Just a few days after getting bail from jail, another case has been registered against Elvish Yadav. According to a report published in E-Times, a complaint has been filed against Elvish Yadav in Gurugram under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. Saurabh Gupta, a member of People for Animals and animal activist, has taken legal action against YouTuber for using snakes in music videos.
Elvish was sent on 14 days remand
Let us tell you that before this, 6 people including Elvish Yadav were accused of supplying snake venom in rave parties. After which Noida Police called Elvish for questioning and then took action and arrested him. The police presented Elvish in the court, after which he was sent on remand for 14 days.
Complaint was also filed on Maxtern case
After getting bail in the snake venom supply case, another case was earlier registered against Elvish Yadav in Gurugram. This case was related to the viral video of beating of YouTuber Maxtern.
Elvish in discussion regarding dispute with Manisha Rani
Recently, Elvish Yadav was also in the headlines for his dispute with his ex-co-contestant Manisha Rani. There was a dispute between the two regarding not including Manisha’s picture in the cover photo of an Instagram collaboration. After this Manisha unfollowed Elvish.
