At the same time, security was increased around the ED office to avoid any untoward incident. Just before Soren appeared before the ED at 10.30 am on Thursday, curfew was imposed in an area of ​​about two kilometers around the agency’s office in Ranchi’s Hinoo area.

Ranchi’s Sub-Divisional Magistrate Deepak Dubey issued a notification that curfew has been imposed under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure from 10.30 am near the ED’s office in the light of information about the sit-in demonstration by several organizations.
