Papua New Guinea: On Wednesday (May 3) tremors of 5.6 magnitude earthquake were felt in Papua New Guinea. The earthquake occurred in Ambunti, located in the northwest of Papua New Guinea. According to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), the epicenter of the earthquake was 16 km from Ambunti, located west-northwest. The depth of the earthquake was 112 km below the ground, although there is no news of any loss of life or property.
