Rajnath Singh on PoK: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has said that India’s strength is increasing and soon the people of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) themselves are going to demand to come to India. While addressing an election rally in Darjeeling, West Bengal, the Defense Minister made it clear that PoK is, was and will always be a part of India. Lok Sabha Elections Rallies are being held continuously by BJP. In this context, senior BJP leader Rajnath had reached here.
Rajnath Singh said on Sunday (April 21), “Don’t worry. PoK was, is and will always be ours. India’s strength is increasing. India’s prestige is also increasing across the world. Our economy is also growing rapidly. Is.” Addressing the people, he further said, “Now our brothers and sisters in PoK will themselves demand to come together with India.”
Let us tell you that the air distance from Darjeeling to Pakistan’s capital Islamabad is 1642 km. At the same time, before Defense Minister Rajnath, Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah had also said such things regarding POK.

PoK integral part of India: Amit Shah
home Minister Amit Shah During an interview last month, he had said that PoK is an integral part of India and both Hindus and Muslims living there are Indians. He had said in the interview, “BJP and the entire Parliament believe that PoK is an integral part of India. The Muslims and Hindus living in PoK are also Indians and that land also belongs to India, which Pakistan has illegally occupied. It is the goal of every Indian and every Kashmiri to get it back.”
When are elections to be held in Darjeeling?
Voting is going to be held on April 26 on three Lok Sabha seats of West Bengal under the second phase of elections. This includes Darjeeling, Raiganj and Balurghat. These three seats of North Bengal are currently occupied by BJP. Raju Bista of BJP is MP from Darjeeling. BJP has once again expressed confidence in him and fielded him again from Darjeeling. His competition here is against Gopal Lama of Trinamool Congress (TMC).
