Mumbai News: An incident has come to light from Chembur, Mumbai, where a father has committed an incident of sexual abuse with his daughter. In this case, a case has been registered against a 44-year-old man at RCF Police Station under sections 354, 506 of IPC and sections 8, 12 of POCSO Act and 37(1)(a), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. has been entered.
The accused father wrongly touched the minor girl while she was sleeping. After this incident, the victim was under mental stress due to which she took ‘Restyl’ pills and fell asleep. The victim fainted due to the medicine, after which she was taken to Chandra Hospital. When the girl regained consciousness, she saw that the father had come there and threatened the victim to keep quiet by pointing a knife.
Police arrested the accused father
Sources said that when he was doing this, the doctor present there saw him and tried to catch him. The accused pushed the doctor and managed to flee from the spot. After this incident, the victim girl disclosed the whole incident and then on the basis of the statement of the minor girl, a case was registered against her accused father. The police have now arrested the accused father.
Father gets death sentence for raping minor daughter in Haryana
Recently, a fast track court in Haryana’s Sirsa sentenced a father to death for raping a 12-year-old daughter. This case is of the year 2020 where a 12-year-old girl was raped by her father.
